We have entered 2019 which means its time to take a look whats what coming to a Theatre near me and you!
January is pretty bleak for movie season as usual but there is film coming out on the 18th of this month that should make a few quick bucks the film is called “Glass” and it is a sequel to both Unbreakable. and Split.
February is pretty much the same as January nothing really eye shattering or worth mentioning movie wise except perhaps James Cameron’s Alita Battle Angel. which hits theatres on February 14th. How To Train Your Dragon Part 3 closes out the month of February. there is also another Lego Movie to open up February next month.
March is where things start to get interesting you have the last movie in Tyler Perrys Madea Franchise hitting theatres at the beginning of the month followed by the highly anticipated Captain Marvel movie a week later. you also have a live adaptation of Dumbo to close out march directed by Tim Burton.
Shazam and a remake of Stephen Kings Pet Sematary open up April followed by a reboot of Hellboy a week after both of those! there is also some creepy film called The Curse Of La Llorona to close out April.
May is loaded with good stuff Avengers 4. Detective Pikachu. John Wick 3. a live adaptation of Aladdin. Brightburn. A Dogs Journey. and another Godzilla film.
June same as may loaded with good stuff Secret Life of Pets Part 2. a new Men In Black Movie. a New Grudge Movie. a New Childs Play Movie. and a New To Story Movie.
July picks up right where May & June left off with a new Annabelle movie. and a new Spiderman Movie there is also a live adaptation of the Lion King hitting theatres that month.
As for August I don’t see anything really worth of note mentioning there . but for the Fast & Furious fans there is spinoff from that franchise titled Hobbs & Shaw starring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham hitting theatres to open up the month of August along with a live adaptation of Dora The Explorer.
September! no surprise here a big film to open up September of this year will be It Chapter II a sequel to the 2017 film
October once again nothing too noteworthy except maybe a new Addams Family movie. and Zombieland Part II.
November how bout a New Charlies Angels Movie! a New Terminator Movie. a live adaptation of Sonic The Hedgehog! and Frozen Part II!
December looks like we’ve gota new Star Wars film and an adaptation of Call Of The Wild.
